Mrs. Congram truly exemplifies our Bobcat Core Values consistently, and she also leads with compassion, integrity, patience, and purpose, creating a classroom environment where students feel seen, valued, challenged, and loved.
She intentionally builds meaningful, high-impact relationships with her students and works tirelessly to ensure her lessons are not only aligned to the curriculum, but also engaging, creative, and memorable. Her classroom is a place where learning comes alive.
Beyond the classroom walls, Mrs. Congram continuously pours into our campus community. From coordinating student clubs, to supporting tutorials during the week and even on Saturdays, she consistently goes above and beyond for the success of our students. At the same time, she gracefully balances one of her most important roles: being a devoted mother to two energetic boys who are also a cherished part of our Bobcat family.
The impact Mrs. Congram has made at Burchett Elementary cannot be captured in a single post. In fact, we could write an entire book about the lives she has touched, the students she has inspired, and the countless ways she has strengthened our campus culture.
We are incredibly proud of Mrs. Congram and cannot wait to see what the next chapter holds for her journey at Burchett Elementary and beyond.
